Requirements

  • 6-9 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the IT or consulting industry.
  • Excellent correspondence and discussion abilities with the capacity to rapidly assemble compatibility.
  • Strong understanding of business development processes, client engagement, and lead generation techniques.
  • Experience in managing client accounts, meeting sales targets, and driving growth.
  • Analytical mindset to assess market trends, competition, and client needs effectively.
  • Capacity to work freely and as a feature of a group in a quick moving climate.
  • Four year college education in Business, Showcasing, or a connected field; MBA is an or more.

Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales reporting software.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales, contract negotiation, and client relationship management.
  • Capacity to oversee complex deals cycles and close high-esteem bargains.
  • Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional presentation, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams, including marketing, operations, and finance.
