Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Representative I, you will:

✅ Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for Ambry’s software applications.
✅ Manage customer and internal support requests via email, phone, and live chat.
✅ Resolve entry-to-intermediate level technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams.
✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using a ticketing system.
✅ Assist with software testing, user acceptance testing, and bug reporting.
✅ Create customer-facing documentation and contribute to knowledge base updates.
✅ Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to ensure smooth operations and quick issue resolution.
✅ Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and provide feedback for process improvements.


Required Qualifications & Experience

🔹 Education: Minimum of a two-year degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
🔹 Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in technical support, software troubleshooting, or customer service.
🔹 Technical Proficiency: Understanding of relational databases, software development cycles, and IT troubleshooting.
🔹 Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
🔹 Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to assess and resolve technical issues independently.

Preferred Qualifications

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred but not required).
✔️ Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, chatbot/live chat applications, Microsoft Teams, and Talkdesk.
✔️ Previous experience in healthcare IT, clinical laboratory administration, or genetics-based applications is a plus.
