Key Responsibilities

  • Working in isolation – you will work closely with multiple teams to enhance community relationships.
  • Handling operational or academic responsibilities – your focus is on community outreach and enrollment growth.
  • Staying behind a desk – you will be actively engaged in communities across New York City.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community engagement, outreach, admissions, or education-related roles.
  • Strong track record of driving enrollment and engagement through community-based relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in hosting events and workshops.
  • A deep understanding of the New York City education landscape, including challenges faced by parents and students.
  • The ability to travel across New York City to attend meetings, events, and engage with families.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
