What You Will Be Doing
- Leading On-Campus Recruitment: Travel to Stanford, MIT, and other top-tier universities to run vibrant, high-energy recruitment campaigns.
- Building Talent Pipelines: Identify and nurture relationships with 100+ top CS/ML students each year.
- Event Management: Organize networking events, information sessions, and workshops to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Establish strong connections with students, faculty, and university career centers.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use ATS/CRM tools to track, evaluate, and optimize recruitment strategies.

Candidate Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in college recruiting, university admissions, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to engage with high-volume candidate pipelines and hit recruitment targets.
- Experience managing large-scale events and building student engagement programs.
- Outstanding authoritative abilities and capacity to shuffle various needs.
- Strong networking abilities with a talent for relationship-building.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% during peak recruiting seasons (January–May, August–November).
- Based in Austin, TX or willing to relocate (travel primarily covers Stanford & MIT campuses).
