Crossover Healthcare Ministry is looking for a dedicated Clinic Operations Manager to oversee our Maternal and Child Health Clinic (MACHI). Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Operations & Quality Management

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of the Maternal and Child Health Clinic.
  • Implement best practices for patient care, scheduling, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain policy and procedure manuals for efficient clinic workflows.

2. Patient Care & Community Engagement

  • Ensure exceptional patient experience through service quality improvement.
  • Organize community events like immunization drives and school physicals.
  • Implement Medicaid enrollment and social determinants of health (SDOH) support programs.

3. Volunteer & Staff Coordination

  • Recruit, train, and manage care coordinators, interpreters, and case managers.
  • Maintain provider schedules and ensure optimal staffing for patient needs.

4. Technology & Compliance Leadership

  • Serve as a lead for Electronic Health Records (EHR) (eClinicalWorks).
  • Maintain IT hardware and software infrastructure for seamless clinic operations.

5. External Relations & Fundraising Support

  • Represent Crossover at community health meetings and collaborations.
  • Work with development teams to create marketing materials and donor engagement content.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong background in public health, pediatrics, or maternal healthcare.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems preferred.

Technical & Leadership Skills:

  • Ability to supervise and train teams effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills for program planning and clinic management.
  • Knowledge of insurance verification and Medicaid enrollment processes.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.

Soft Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to patient-centered, culturally competent care.
  • Passion for working with diverse populations, including African American, Hispanic, and Middle Eastern communities.
