Job Responsibilities

1. Amazon Inventory Monitoring

• Track inventory levels across Amazon Seller & Vendor Accounts
• Forecast sales trends and promotions
• Advise clients on production and shipment quantities
• Identify and flag excess inventory.
• Resolve stranded inventory issues
• Generate internal and external inventory reports.

2. Shipment Management

• Create and oversee Amazon inbound shipments
• Communicate pick/pack/ship requirements with clients
• Manage Amazon direct import shipments, including customs documentation
• Ensure accurate receipt of shipments at Amazon warehouses.
• Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and errors

3. Logistics Optimization & Analysis

• Identify opportunities to reduce supply chain costs
• Develop enhanced forecasting methods
• Explore possibilities for in-house logistics services.
• Assist in developing software-based automation solutions.
• Support Amazon Account Managers with inventory-related projects.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 6+ months experience at Amazon in a Fulfillment Center or Logistics Role (Mandatory)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data entry, analysis, reporting)
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot logistical challenges
• Reliable high-speed internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with  Vendor Central or Amazon Seller Central
• Knowledge of Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) operations
• Background in supply chain management or e-commerce logistics
