Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record in operations, engineering, or technical support.
• Strong background in SQL, Excel, Tableau, and other analytical tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
• The capacity to oversee several high-priority jobs in a hectic setting.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in robotics, automation, or warehouse operations is a plus.
