This is a remote job opportunity that allows you to work from home while playing a critical role in identifying vulnerabilities, driving security improvements, and ensuring customer trust.

As a Sr. TPM, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize and execute security initiatives. • Coordinate Security Initiatives: Support cross-Amazon initiatives aimed at raising the overall security bar.
  • Define KPIs/SLAs: Establish and monitor key performance indicators and service-level agreements to measure success.

What You Will NOT Be Doing

  • Hands-On Hacking: While you’ll oversee Red Team operations, this role focuses on program management, not direct technical execution.
  • Micromanagement: You’ll lead and empower teams, not dictate every detail of their work.
