Requirements
For Freshers (1 Year of Experience):

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to work freely and as a component of a group.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and technologies.
For Junior Candidates (2 Years of Experience):
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
- Hands-on experience in content creation, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
- Understanding of paid advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial technology.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of the cryptocurrency market or financial technology industry.
