    Requirements

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Capacity to work freely and as a component of a group.
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and technologies.

    For Junior Candidates (2 Years of Experience):

    • Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns.
    • Solid knowledge of marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
    • Hands-on experience in content creation, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
    • Understanding of paid advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
    • Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial technology.

    Preferred Skills
