Key Responsibilities

As an Amazon Advertising Manager, you will:

• Develop, execute, and optimize Amazon advertising strategies to drive revenue.
• Manage advertising budgets across international markets, including the USA, UK, Germany, Canada, Japan, and India.
• Oversee Amazon DSP, Sponsored Ads, and Search advertising campaigns.
• Implement data-driven decisions to improve TACoS, ACoS, and ROI.
• Recruit and manage a team of global marketing specialists.
• Leverage Amazon PPC tools such as Helium 10, DataHawk, and Skai/Kenshoo for analytics.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
• Align strategies with content, product, and sales teams for cohesive branding.
• Keep up with the most recent changes to the Amazon Advertising algorithm and trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should have:

• 3+ years of experience managing Amazon Ads and PPC campaigns.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Expertise in Amazon Advertising tools (AMS, DSP, Sponsored Ads, Brand Analytics, etc.).
• Experience using Google Analytics, Helium 10, and Excel for campaign insights.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven marketing mindset.
• Certification in Amazon Advertising (preferred but not required).
