Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition & Retention: Utilize analytics to enhance customer engagement, boost retention rates, and drive repeat purchases.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on trends, identify growth opportunities, and analyze competitor strategies.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Oversee stock levels, demand forecasting, and supply chain logistics to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, analytics, and product development teams to align strategies and goals.
  • Problem-Solving & Compliance: Address operational challenges such as ASIN setup, reseller activity, and deal eligibility to maintain a smooth workflow.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or similar discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
  • Proficiency in flat file bulk updates and Amazon PPC analysis.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO best practices and ranking algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience in Amazon FBA, FBM, and DSP advertising.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in inventory management and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
