Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, live chat, and online marketplaces to resolve inquiries and provide expert product knowledge.
- Assist customers with order management, returns, shipping issues, and product-related questions.
- Uphold brand standards and policies while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Become a product expert through company training programs and effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Work closely with logistics, sales, and eCommerce teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Requirements & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in eCommerce, retail, or online marketplaces.
- Familiarity with customer service platforms such as call centers, email, live chat, and social media messaging.
- Experience with NetSuite, Google Business, Intermedia, and online marketplace management systems is a plus.
- Solid relational abilities with the capacity to really draw in clients.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a global team.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns.
- Adaptability to fast-paced, high-volume work environments.
