Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions to address individual learning needs.
• Participate in quality assurance reviews, call listening sessions, and process improvements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, Business, or a related field.
• Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT N1) Certification (Required).

💼 Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a training, coaching, or learning development role.
• Strong Japanese (JLPT N1) and English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to deliver engaging training sessions in a virtual or in-person environment.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and develop improvement plans.
• Excellent organization, coordination, and leadership abilities.

• Must be flexible to work across multiple time zones (24/7, 365 days).
• Ability to manage training programs in fast-paced remote environments.
