As a National Business Manager for eCommerce (Amazon 1P), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth and building strategic partnerships with one of the world’s largest eCommerce platforms. Key Responsibilities

As a National Business Manager, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Church & Dwight and Amazon 1P, driving profitable growth through strategic account management.
• Develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve annual sales, trade spending, and net profit goals.
• Build strong relationships with Amazon contacts and gain deep insights into their go-to-market strategies.
• Negotiate programming investment terms and contracts to optimize trade spending.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Revenue Growth Management, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Supply Chain.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain regular reporting activities within budgetary constraints.
• Identify and communicate competitive risks, opportunities, and new product ideas to corporate teams.
• Work with eCommerce Brand Managers to develop online assortment and media strategies that drive profitable sales.

Requirements and Skills

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

Education and Experience:

• A BS/BA degree in general business, eCommerce, brand management, financial analysis, or marketing.
• 2-4 years of CPG field sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of eCommerce experience (Amazon experience preferred).
• Proven account management experience with a track record of success in promoting product growth.

Technical Skills:

• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and reporting.
• Experience with strategic business plan development and execution.
• Thorough understanding of business financials and trade budget allocation.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, curious, and independent problem solver with a strong work ethic.
• Proven ability to build and manage customer relationships.
