Job Description

As an SPS WFM Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing real-time adherence, workforce scheduling, and service level monitoring to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor real-time adherence across multiple locations to optimize agent productivity.
  • Provide intraday updates on queue performance, identifying issues and taking corrective actions.
  • Utilize workforce management tools to analyze volume trends and staffing impacts.
  • Adjust routing schemes and workforce alignment to enhance service efficiency.
  • Coordinate with outsourced service providers to maintain acceptable performance standards.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on call performance, agent productivity, and staffing trends.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize contact center efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon’s workforce policies and operational guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in program/project management or workforce management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in a highly results-oriented environment.
  • The capacity to work variety of schedules, including holidays and weekends.
  • Knowledge of real-time adherence (RTA) and scheduling methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams.
