Key Responsibilities
- Lead Red Team operations to assess and enhance Amazon’s cybersecurity posture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and security analysts, to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
- Drive security program management, ensuring efficient workflows and risk mitigation strategies.
- Work with senior leaders (SVPs, VPs, Directors, and Managers) to implement robust security measures across Amazon’s global network.

- Lead multiple cybersecurity projects, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with industry best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and defense mechanisms to keep Amazon’s infrastructure secure.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
- 3+ years of experience in software development.
- Experience managing security projects across multiple business units.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, penetration testing methodologies, and threat intelligence tools.
- Expertise in Python, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Ability to define KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to measure security program effectiveness.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present security findings to senior stakeholders.

- Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or equivalent).
