Software Developer (Full-Time)

This exciting opportunity is perfect for middle to senior-level professionals with 6-9 years of experience in software development. As part of the growing team at Token Metrics, you will work on cutting-edge technologies in the cryptocurrency space, developing software solutions that power our innovative platform. We are looking to hire 5 individuals who can contribute to building robust, scalable, and secure software solutions for the future of finance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high-performance software solutions for Token Metrics’ platform.
• Work together with cross-useful groups, including item administrators, planners, and different designers, to characterize programming prerequisites.
• Compose spotless, proficient, and irrefutable code following prescribed procedures.
• Investigate and determine programming deformities and execution issues on time.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure software quality through testing and validation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in software development, especially in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
• Optimize application performance and scalability to handle a large volume of transactions.
• Contribute to improving the software development lifecycle and implementing automation tools.

Requirements

Middle-Level (6 Years of Experience):

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 6 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#.
• Experience in building and maintaining scalable web applications and platforms.
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.

Senior-Level (9 Years of Experience):

• 9+ long stretches of involvement with programming improvement and design.
• Strong proficiency in software architecture design and system integration.
• Extensive experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Expertise in blockchain technologies, cryptocurrency protocols, and distributed systems.
• Experience in developing high-performance, secure, and scalable applications for real-time data processing.
• Ability to lead teams of developers, mentor junior staff, and guide the team on best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in blockchain development or working with cryptocurrency protocols.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation tools.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (React, Angular, etc.) is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud stages like AWS, Purplish blue, or Google Cloud.
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and fintech technologies.
