    Corporate Finance Lead (Full-Time)
    Zscaler is looking for a seasoned Corporate Finance Lead to join our team in Buffalo. This is a high-impact leadership role for a senior professional with 6-9 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving financial insights, managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring the company’s financial health aligns with its strategic goals.


    Responsibilities

    • Lead financial planning and analysis to support business objectives.
    • Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
    • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership by analyzing financial data and KPIs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business opportunities and risks.
    • Oversee cash flow management, cost optimization, and revenue tracking.
    • Guarantee consistence with monetary guidelines, bookkeeping norms, and interior controls.
    • Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders, including investors and board members.
    • Partner with key departments to drive strategic growth initiatives and achieve financial goals.

    Requirements

    • Four year certification in Money, Bookkeeping, Financial aspects, or related field (MBA or CPA liked).
    • 6-9 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning, or a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Proficiency in financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or Excel.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
    • Logical attitude with remarkable scrupulousness and critical thinking abilities.
    • In-depth understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience in the innovation or SaaS industry is an or more.
    • High level information on information representation apparatuses like Scene or Power BI.
    • Strong understanding of mergers, acquisitions, and financial restructuring.
    • Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and complex financial projects.
