Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a $10M+ sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying high-potential school districts.
  • Lead discovery meetings with district administrators, identifying challenges and offering tailored AI-driven solutions.
  • Drive complex sales cycles, from prospecting to contract closure, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Navigate public school procurement processes, including RFPs and RFIs, to secure large-scale contracts.
  • Utilize your existing network to accelerate product adoption within school districts.
  • Work autonomously to develop and execute a strategic territory plan, maximizing revenue growth.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience managing complex K-12 sales cycles and closing six or seven-figure deals.
  • Established network of district-level decision-makers in public school systems.
  • Proven expertise in navigating public school procurement processes (including RFPs and RFIs).
  • Track record of managing a $10M+ sales pipeline and consistently meeting revenue targets.
  • Strong ability to operate independently and drive sales initiatives without micromanagement.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Residence within or near assigned territory (NY, TX, IL, CA, or FL) with the ability to travel up to 80%.
  • Should be qualified to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
