Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging and informative tours for local and international visitors.

  • Provide top-notch customer service and answer visitor inquiries.
  • Work closely with the Crossover team to develop and enhance tour experiences.

What You Will NOT Be Doing

  • Cold calling or sales-related tasks.
  • Sitting at a desk all day – this is an active, on-the-go position.
  • Working beyond your agreed schedule unless desired.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not provided).
  • Capacity to work adaptable hours, including ends of the week and occasions whenever required.
  • Strong communication skills and a charismatic personality.
  • Passion for history, culture, and storytelling.
  • Previous experience in tour guiding, customer service, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable leading groups of various sizes and ages.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus!).

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience in tourism, hospitality, or event management.
  • Public speaking or acting experience is beneficial.
