Marketing Manager (Full-Time)
Grafana Labs is looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Tacoma. This full-time role is ideal for marketing professionals with 3–5 years of experience who have a proven track record of executing impactful campaigns and driving business growth. As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement marketing strategies that elevate our brand, generate leads, and foster customer engagement in the rapidly evolving tech industry.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Grafana Labs’ business goals.
  • Oversee campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, social media, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and content teams, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Break down market patterns and contender exercises to distinguish valuable open doors for development.
  • Track and measure the success of campaigns, providing detailed performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Oversee financial plans and allot assets successfully for greatest return on initial capital investment.
  • Lead content creation efforts, including blog posts, case studies, and newsletters.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors to amplify brand reach.

Requirements

For Middle-Level Candidates (3–5 Years Experience):

  • Four year certification in Showcasing, Business Organization, or a connected field.
  • Hands-on experience in creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
  • Capacity to compose convincing substance for different crowds.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

For Senior-Level Candidates (5+ Years Experience):

  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Proven ability to lead marketing teams and deliver measurable results.
  • Expertise in crafting strategic marketing plans and successfully implementing them.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with global marketing practices and international campaigns.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in marketing for SaaS or open-source platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Asana.
  • Knowledge of the tech industry, cloud solutions, and developer-focused tools.
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or related fields.
