Customer Success Associate (Part-Time)
Join Sendoso as a Customer Success Associate in New York City and play a vital role in building strong customer relationships while ensuring they achieve success with our solutions. You will support our customers, ensuring seamless onboarding and continued success.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Assist in onboarding new customers to ensure they understand and utilize the platform effectively.
- Proactively monitor customer accounts to identify and address challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
- Educate customers about platform features and updates to drive product adoption.
- Collect feedback to help improve product features and the overall user experience.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and updates.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Solid correspondence and relational abilities, with the capacity to assemble compatibility with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other customer support platforms.
- Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and solving problems.
- A cooperative person with a proactive mentality and eagerness to learn.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in SaaS or tech ventures is an or more.
- Capacity to perform various tasks and focus on work in a quick moving climate.
- Familiarity with remote communication tools like Slack or Zoom.
- Analytical mindset to interpret customer data and suggest improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to address challenges.
