🔎 Job Overview

CompostNow is hiring a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate (Part-Time) to join our growing team. This hybrid role involves both delivery and warehouse operations, ensuring a seamless composting process for our customers.

🚚 Delivery Responsibilities:

• Collect compost bins from 100+ residential and office locations per shift
• Deliver compostable goods to office clients as needed
• Ensure all customer locations are left clean and debris-free
• Conduct pre- and post-trip safety vehicle inspections
• Record bin weights, take service notes, and ensure accurate documentation

🏭 Warehouse Responsibilities:

• Unload and empty collected food waste containers
• Sort and remove non-compostable items
• Clean, sanitize, and prepare containers for the next cycle
• Maintain a tidy, organized warehouse
• Assist in preparing finished compost for distribution

✅ Requirements & Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated individual who is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Required Skills & Experience:

✔️ Substantial driver’s permit with a spotless driving record
✔️ Ability to pass a background check
✔️ Physically active – lifting, walking, and maneuvering large bins
✔️ Not sensitive to food scraps and composting odors
✔️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
✔️ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
✔️ Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and road safety regulations
