UX/UI Designer (Full-Time)
Join Nagarro as a UX/UI Designer in San Diego, where creativity meets technology. As a senior member of our design team, you will lead the creation of intuitive, user-centered interfaces that align with business goals and delight users. This is a full-time opportunity for a passionate designer with 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI, ready to deliver innovative designs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate user experiences across digital platforms.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop intuitive user experiences and interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to present concepts effectively.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement design solutions.
  • Ensure consistency in design systems and branding across all digital platforms.
  • Remain refreshed with the most recent plan patterns, devices, and advancements to bring creative thoughts.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to refine and improve existing designs.
  • Maintain a user-centric approach while balancing business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
  • Aptitude in plan apparatuses like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or comparable.
  • Solid comprehension of client focused plan standards, convenience, and openness principles.
  • Knowledge of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with developers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Experience working in nimble improvement conditions is an or more.
  • Four year certification in Plan, Human-PC Connection, or a connected field (or comparable experience).

Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in creating responsive and adaptive designs for various screen sizes.
  • Capacity to make and keep up with plan frameworks and part libraries.
  • Strong understanding of UX research methods and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools and techniques to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Experience working on e-commerce, SaaS, or enterprise applications is a bonus.
  • A passion for solving user problems and delivering exceptional experiences.
